BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing protocol and a communication protocol for distributing data and electronic files over the Internet. BitTorrent allows users to share and distribute large amounts of data without relying on a single central server. Instead, the data is broken into smaller parts, and each user downloading or uploading the file becomes part of a decentralized network.

uTorrent is a peer-to-peer file sharing (P2P) communication protocol, which is used to distribute data and electronic files over the Internet. uTorrent allows users to connect and share content without having to rely on a single source for downloads. uTorrent is the most popular torrent software with more than 170 million users. BitTorrent Speed is an integrated application for uTorrent. It allows users to earn BTT (BitTorrent token, a digital currency) in exchange for seeding torrents and their bandwidth. The longer people seed files, the higher the reward. BitTorrent Speed also allows users to spend BTT to increase their download speed. This project focused on BitTorrent Speed onboarding and the improvement of wallet creation flow and dashboard interfaces. View live

BitTorrent File System (BTFS) is a next-generation file-sharing protocol utilizing the TRON network and the BitTorrent ecosystem. In short, it is a decentralized storage system. BTFS is designed to address many current issues of centralized storage systems such as high maintenance costs, centralized trust issues, privacy concerns, etc. The introduction of the native token of BitTorrent (BTT) into the ecosystem is the key element in ensuring BTSF is a fair, useful, and efficient system.
